CORPORATE STRUCTURE

Héroux-Devtek serves two markets: aerospace and industrial, and is organized under three divisions, supported by a corporate office.

The Company's divisions are operated as independent profit centers, thereby encouraging entrepreneurship and the involvement of each and every employee. Each division has the management, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing resources required to meet the needs of its specific market segment. A divisional General Manager is responsible for the growth and profitability of each unit.

The Company's corporate office is responsible for all financial and major business development decisions. It provides the divisions with support in preparing strategic plans, developing new products and markets, and with assistance in public relations, financial controls and reporting, as well as capital expenditure programs.

The corporate office is located in Longueuil, a suburb of Montréal, a world aerospace hub.
