1. Dip Brazing

• Production of rigid, lightweight electronic chassis capable of including a combination of air and/or liquid heat exchangers
  
• Can be used in conjunction with welding and structural bonding to produce complex shapes
  
• Maximum part size for dip brazing: 30"x48"x24"

2. Vacuum Brazing

• Vacuum brazing is used in situations where a fluxless process is required in order to eliminate joint corrosion possibilities
  
• The process is used only for horizontal joints and is primarily for the production of heat exchangers
  
• Maximum part size for vacuum brazing in our facility: 30"x30"x15" deep

3. Structural Bonding

• Epoxy structural bonding may be used on its own or in combination with dip/vacuum brazing and welding to produce enclosures or chassis
  
• Capacity to use structural bonding to fabricate light-weight crushed honeycomb panels
  
• Maximum panel size: 39"x48"

4. Machining

• Precision CNC/Manual machining using a variety of materials

5. Assembly

• Magtron supplies Defense Aerospace and Space market with various assemblies. Control assemblies are performed in a 100,000 ppm clean room
