SUMMARY

The Gas Turbine Components Division of Héroux-Devtek provides precision machining solutions to a wide variety of industries and applications. Our extensive experience base and modern equipment capabilities enable innovative and cost effective approaches to complex machined components.

The Division operates two plants in Cincinnati, Ohio. With 121,000 square feet of modern manufacturing space and over 140 highly-skilled employees, this Division manufactures components for aircraft engines, power generation equipment (turbines), and large earth moving equipment. Additional applications include petroleum transfer components, computer memory storage components, aircraft structural parts and military equipment components. Our core technologies are precision machining, welding and assembly.

Our products range in size from large (144" OD /160" Length / 30,000 lbs) to small (2" cube). Our material experience includes iron, steel, high-strength alloys, aluminum and titanium in forged, cast and extruded configurations. Additionally, we maintain a substantial qualified vendor list to support many special processing requirements.
