OUR PRODUCTS

The Gas Turbine Components Division’s power generation operations will benefit from both the long term growth in global electricity consumption and the rising popularity of renewable clean wind energy.

The Division manufactures several key components of Gas Turbines including shafts, compressor and turbine wheels, and stator assemblies for global leaders in the gas-fired turbine market.

Due to the size of the facilities and machinery within its’ capacity, the Division is uniquely qualified to serve the demands of the Wind Energy market. The Division manufactures main rotor shafts, bearing housings, and critical gearbox components for Wind Turbines.

Utilizing state of the art CNC simulations as well as NX CAD/CAM software, we have demonstrated our ability to manufacture machined and fabricated assemblies to exacting standards of accuracy.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The Gas Turbine Components Division is well aware of the strict tolerances and explicit need to adhere to quality criteria required by our Customers.  The Quality Management System is ISO 9001:2000.

One of the most recent advancements in our capabilities is the DEA Gantry CMM.  The climate controlled facility and CMM became operational in August, 2009.  With the increased capacity of the Gantry CMM, we are now able to accurately measure within a range of 100” X 200” X 72”. With the CAD conversion capability, the lead time for developing programs is dramatically shortened a critical factor as customers look at all avenues for reducing product lead time.
