Mr. Duval has been Vice-President, Corporate Affairs of Héroux-Devtek since 2004 and is responsible for all fiscal matters, investor relations, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance. From 1997 to 2004 he was Tax Partner at the Deloitte accounting firm in Montreal. Upon completion of his studies he joined Andersen & Co. in 1972 and held the position of Worldwide Tax Partner from 1984 to 1996. Mr. Duval holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Université de Montréal and is a Chartered Accountant.
