Gilbert Guérin

Mr. Guérin joined Héroux-Devtek in 2007 as Corporate Director, Human Resources with responsibility for all aspects of human resource management including health and safety, recruiting, training, and employee relations. Previously, Mr. Guérin was employed by Sanmina-SCI (Canada) Inc. for eight years and oversaw the Canadian Human Resources processes ensuring compliance to legal requirements. He also held Human Resources positions at CAE Electronics for sixteen years. Mr. Guérin holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University and is an active member of the Certified Human Resource Professional Association of Quebec.
