Mr. Michel Robillard earned a Bachelor of Finance degree (specialization in accounting) from the University of Québec at Chicoutimi in 1980. Subsequently, he completed his professional certification as a Chartered Accountant. After completing his studies, Mr. Robillard worked for 22 years at Mallette Maheu/Arthur Andersen, a professional accounting and business-consulting firm. He first served as an auditor and professional quality advisor (1980-1986), then as Manager of the Professional Quality Department (1986-1990). He became a Partner in 1990, in which position he managed and headed audit teams on worldwide projects, and worked with international offices, specifically in France and in the United States. From 2002-2003, Mr. Robillard worked as a private consultant to major businesses in Montreal. Since June 2003, Mr. Robillard has been the Control Manager at Héroux-Devtek Aerostructure Inc., Vice President, Administration and Finance for the Aerostructure product line and is currently the Vice-President, Internal Audit and Conformity for Héroux-Devtek Inc.
