Mr. Stéphane Arsenault earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree (specialization in accounting) from the University of Montreal – École des Hautes Études Commerciales in 1993. Subsequently, he completed his professional certification as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. After completing his studies, Mr. Arsenault worked for Arthur Andersen, a professional accounting and business-consulting firm. He first served as an auditor (1993-1994), then as Senior Auditor (1995-1997). Mr. Arsenault joined Héroux-Devtek Inc. in September 1997, and has since assumed the role of Assistant-Controller and Controller, Longueuil plant, Finance Manager and Vice-President, Finance and Administration, Landing Gear Product Line, and is currently assuming the role of Vice-President, Control and Information Technology for Héroux-Devtek Inc.
