Mr. Christian Dubé has been a Director of Heroux-Devtek Inc. since 2004; he is a member of the Audit Committee. He was recently appointed Vice President Business Development of Cascades Inc. He previously served for six years as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Cascades; as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice-President Finance of Domtar Inc.; as Vice-President of Corporate Development, Vice-President and Treasurer of Domtar Inc.; as Manager of Corporate Finance for the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand; as Chairman of the Board of Reno de Medici SpA; as a Director of NB Capital Corporation; as a Director of Microcell Telecommunications; and as a Director of Norampac Inc. Mr. Dubé is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Laval University.
