Claude Boivin held a number of senior positions at Hydro-Québec and was President and Chief Operating Officer when he retired in 1992. He is a member of the Board of CGI Group Inc., and a member of CGI’s human resources committee. He is also a Director of GLV Inc., and Chairman of Boralex Power Income Fund Trust where he is a member of the corporate governance, environmental, and audit committees. Mr. Boivin chairs Héroux-Devtek’s Human Resources and Corporate Governance Committees.
