The organization of Héroux-Devtek's Landing Gear operations is customer-oriented. To enhance customer service, several functions of the organization are centralized while performance is measured at site level.
The Sales and Marketing operation is centralized by product line. This ensures that timely and accurate information is shared with our customers. The Sales and Marketing group takes responsibility for all requests for proposal, contract negotiations, and contract reviews. This group also provides a focal point of contact for customers all along the contract performance and delivery chain, with dedicated Program Managers at each site.
Finance, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources are also centralized activities with representatives at each site.
Each manufacturing site assumes responsibility for meeting the customer’s requirements and is measured for its quality and efficiency.
