Héroux-Devtek conducts a PIA of the persons concerned, in particular before undertaking any acquisition, development and redesign project related to its computer system that impacts personal information, and before disclosing personal information to an individual or organization outside the province.

Any individual from whom personal information is collected, used, disclosed or retained by Héroux-Devtek may file a complaint with the Privacy Officer in the event of a breach of any obligation under the Policy.
